How We Cater
Buffet, A La Carte, or Full Bar
Choose the format that fits your event — buffet-style service, a la carte selections, hors d’oeuvres, or a full bar. Every menu can be served the way that works best for your guest count and occasion.
Off-Site With Mobile Kitchens
Our mobile kitchens can travel wherever your event is taking place, cooking food fresh on arrival. We have served 6,500 people at the NCAA Tournament in a single hour and have fed storm-repair crews during a power outage. No matter the circumstances, we’ve got your back.
Hosted at Our Banquet Hall
Prefer not to worry about a venue? Our banquet hall offers a ready-made destination for your event. Set on 8½ acres with an atrium, an open lawn, and a patio overlooking a fountain, plus a 9×12 projector for presentations or slideshows with multiple large TVs included. It hosts weddings, corporate events, and private parties alike, with plenty of free parking and room for guests to spread out both indoors and out.

Every event has its own character, and your menu should reflect it. If you prefer the ease of a set menu, we offer a range of curated options ready to go — or, for a more personal touch, our team can custom-design a menu shaped around the occasion, your guests’ preferences, and your budget.
