The Magnolia Room was thoughtfully built by the Warren Norman Company partnered with the Rock Hill Lumber Company. Both organizations have a long standing reputation and have established the benchmark for residential as well as commercial development in Rock Hill as well as the surrounding areas since the 1940’s.
